• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Preferences: your chosen language, watchlist pairs, and settings.
• Usage data: signals you generate, credit balance, and basic activity needed to run your account and calculate your personal statistics.
• Payment information: processed entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service — generate signals, track your credits, and personalise your dashboard.
• To operate your account, process purchases, and provide support.
• To send you service-related messages, and, where you opt in, signals or reports via Telegram or email.
• To improve KAI's accuracy and reliability.

3. Service providers we share data with

• Paddle — payments and billing (Merchant of Record).
• Twelve Data — live and historical market data.
• Telegram — only if you choose to connect it for signal delivery.
• Hosting infrastructure — to run the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in (a session token) and to remember preferences such as language and watchlist. These are essential to how the Service works.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Passwords are stored hashed, and access is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
