Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KAI — Kaddoura Analysis Intelligence ("KAI", "we", "us"), including the website, dashboard, and any signals, reports, or tools we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use KAI

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

KAI analyses spot foreign-exchange and precious-metals markets and produces signals with an entry, stop, target, confidence score, and written reasoning. KAI deals in spot markets only — no leverage, futures, or margin products are offered. Signals are generated by automated models and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Past performance and any displayed statistics do not guarantee future results.

3. Credits, plans, and payments

• Generating a signal costs 1 credit. New accounts receive a starter allocation of free credits.
• A Premium subscription provides unlimited signals and access to premium agents for a recurring fee.
• Credit packs and subscriptions are sold and processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
• Credits have no cash value, are tied to your account, and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing signals without permission, scraping or automating access beyond normal use, attempting to bypass credit or access limits, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Availability

We work to keep KAI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of any signal is entirely at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may stop using KAI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Operator & governing law

The Service is operated by Kaddoura Analysis ("KAI — Kaddoura Analysis Intelligence"), Lebanon. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Lebanon — except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
